Measure the length of tube you will need. It should reach from the top of the sprayer to just a few centimeters away from the bottom of the bottle. If you're unsure, use a ruler to be exact.
Your cleaning hack will cause the tube to slide around in the bottle when needed, so you don't want it to drag or get caught on the bottom of the bottle. In fact, it is the movement that allows the bottle to spray in any direction you need, even upside down. Once you have the perfect length measured out, cut the tube to size.
Step 3: Attach the Tube to the Sprayer
Attach the flexible tubing you just cut to the sprayer from your bottle. The tubing should either screw on or fit snugly into the base of the nozzle. Test the fit by placing the tube in some water and pumping the sprayer a few times to see if the seal is tight and the suction is strong. There should be no water coming out around the connection of the tube and nozzle.
Step 4: Attach the Stainless Steel Nuts to the Tube
Attach the stainless steel nuts to the bottom of the tube. Depending on the girth of the tube you may need to attach two or three. The nuts should cause the tube to bend and move toward the solution in your bottle when you tip it.
Step 5: Put the Bottle Back Together
Fill the bottle with your desired cleaning solution and reassemble the bottle. Test it out and make sure it works well, then begin cleaning those tough to reach places in style.
